How do I buy a Burger & Lobster gift voucher?

Purchasing your exclusive Burger & Lobster gift voucher couldn't be simpler! All you have to do is

1. Select the gift voucher you want to buy

2. Choose whether you would like a physical voucher sent via post or a digital version sent via email

3. Enter your billing information and delivery address if different to your billing address

4. Type out a message for the voucher's recipient (optional)

5. Confirm your order and rest easy knowing you've just given someone a first-class Burger & Lobster experience!

Can I use my gift voucher at any Burger & Lobster restaurant?

All our gift voucher experiences have been designed to make things as easy as possible for you. As a result, all Burger & Lobster Gift Vouchers can be used in all our London restaurants. For a list of our London locations, please click here.

Can I give someone a physical voucher?

Yes! We all like really receiving things from time to time, so why not have a physical Burger & Lobster gift voucher sent out to your lucky recipient? All you need to do when ordering the voucher is simply uncheck the email delivery option. You will then be prompted to enter the delivery details of where you would like the gift voucher sent to. All you'll be charged is a small post & packaging fee of £2.95 for UK First Class or £8.45 for UK Special Delivery.

Help! I've sent the Burger & Lobster gift voucher to the wrong email address!

No dramas! We all make little mistakes from time to time. If you have entered the delivery email address incorrectly, just pop us an email at marketing@burgerandlobster.com and we'll sort it out for you!

Will the gift voucher expire if not used?

All of our vouchers will expire if not used within 12-months of the voucher's purchase date. Unfortunately, all expired vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Do I need to make a booking at my preferred Burger & Lobster restaurant to use the voucher?

Yes, yes you do! To make sure our wonderful restaurant teams know you're coming to redeem your gift voucher booking is essential! Simply call up the restaurant you wish to visit and quote your voucher reference number when booking. All restaurant contact details can be found here.

Will any change be given if the full amount stated on the voucher is not spent?

No, if there is any remaining value left on a voucher after an experience, this remaining total is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be forfeited automatically.

Can I use more than one Burger & Lobster gift voucher at a time?

No, vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any additional vouchers or promotional offers.
