Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Burger & Lobster restaurants only. For restaurant location information, please click here.
  • All postage of vouchers are to UK addresses only. Where selected, please allow between 3 and 7 working days to receive your vouchers by post.
  • All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers not used within this 12-month period will thereafter be null and void with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend voucher validity beyond the stated 12-month validity period.
  • All vouchers must be booked in advance and vouchers must be presented either in a printed format or shown on a smartphone on arrival at the relevant restaurant at the start of your dining experience.
  • Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays or certain promotional days and periods. Please ask for more information on these periods when booking. Each restaurant reserves the right to refuse bookings over such periods.
  • Reservations are subject to availability. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant location’s home page to make your reservation. For restaurant location information, please click here.
  • Vouchers can be used as part or full payment on goods and experiences at Burger & Lobster UK Restaurants.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-replaceable.
  • All menu items stated on vouchers are subject to change and each individual Burger & Lobster restaurant reserves the right to make changes to stated menu items.
  • Vouchers can be exchanged for the experience detailed on the voucher only. Items ordered in addition to the stated experience are not included in the price of experience vouchers and will be added onto the voucher barer’s bill.
  • Additional service charges may apply.
  • Voucher Experiences are only redeemable at the restaurant stated on the voucher itself.
  • Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction. If there is any remaining monetary value left on a voucher after an experience, this remaining total is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be forfeited automatically.
  • Where vouchers are dispatched by email or post, if delivery addresses are not entered correctly Burger & Lobster cannot be held accountable for lost or undelivered vouchers.

BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH:

  • Inclusions: One Original Lobster Roll Meal and bottomless Bloody Marys OR Sparkling Wine for an hour and a half.
  • Voucher suitable for one person.
  • Bottomless Bloody Marys/Fizz are available for an hour and a half only and are subject to availability.

  • Please present this voucher at the beginning of your dining experience. 

LADIES THAT LUNCH:

  • Inclusions: Two Original Lobster Roll Meals and a bottle of Sparkling Wine OR a sharing cocktail.
  • Voucher suitable for two people.

BEAST FEAST:

  • Inclusions: Two Beast Burger Meals and a choice of a beer or a glass of wine.
  • Voucher suitable for two people.
  • Any burger add-ons, e.g. cheese or bacon is a chargeable extra and won't be included in the voucher.

CITY BOYS

  • Inclusions: Two B&L Combo Meals and two beers.
  • Please note that lobster sizes will vary at each of our restaurants.
  • Any burger add-ons, e.g. cheese or bacon is a chargeable extra and won't be included in the voucher.
  • Voucher suitable for two people.

  • Please present this voucher at the beginning of your dining experience. 

2.4 CHILDREN:

  • Inclusions: Two Children's Burger Meals, one Original Lobster Meal, one Original Burger Meal, one alcoholic Sharing Cocktail and one non-alcoholic Sharing Mocktail.
  • Please note that lobster sizes will vary at each of our restaurants.
  • Any burger add-ons, e.g. cheese or bacon is a chargeable extra and won't be included in the voucher.
  • Voucher suitable for up to two adults and two children.
  • One adult must order an Original Burger meal and the other must order and Original Lobster meal. Two Original lobsters cannot be ordered.

  • Please present this voucher at the beginning of your dining experience.

ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE:

  • Inclusions: Two Original Rolls, two Original Lobsters, one Lobster Burger, one Original Burger, unlimited chips, one salad per person and two Sharing Cocktails OR a bottle of Sparkling Wine.
  • Please note that lobster sizes will vary at each of our restaurants.
  • Any burger add-ons, e.g. cheese or bacon is a chargeable extra and won't be included in the voucher.
  • Voucher suitable for up to five.

  • Please present this voucher at the beginning of your dining experience. 

REFUND POLICY

  • Please note that all voucher purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • To report a problem with your voucher please contact marketing@burgerandlobster.com.
  • Burger & Lobster reserves the right to process or refuse refunds on an individual transaction basis.
  • Approved refunds would be made to the card used at payment for the full amount stated on the purchase confirmation, including any postage and packaging fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Guest cancellations of Voucher Experiences and voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of our individual restaurants.
  • Where applicable guests will be charged a cancellation fee.
  • Where vouchers have not been redeemed due to a cancelled booking, please note that vouchers remain valid until redeemed or expired. Expiration will happen by default 12-months after the purchase date.
  • In the unlikely event that a booked dining experience is cancelled by Burger & Lobster, the voucher will remain valid and Burger & Lobster will work with the customer to rebook the experience at a mutually convenient time over the next 12-month period. Where such a booking cannot be rearranged, vouchers may be exchanged for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at any UK Burger & Lobster restaurant. This will be subject to voucher expiration date and individual restaurant availability.
  • The company cannot be held liable for any related travel or accommodation costs or losses.

BURGER & LOBSTER, KNIGHTSBRIDGE:

Our Knightsbridge restaurant can take reservations Monday - Friday. Unfortunately, at the weekend we cannot take reservations and the largest group we can seat is 5. We will be more than happy to call one of our other branches and book a table for you there.
